 | To provide a training structure and documentation to ensure a qualified group of volunteers is available to respond to animal emergencies and disasters in the State of Washington; to prepare, plan, respond to, recover and shelter livestock during animal emergencies in the State due to natural, human-made or technological disasters such as flooding, fires, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, terrorism or chemical spills; to work with State and national partners to address common goals; to promote public education on disaster preparedness, animal rescue and related topics. |
